The route takes in Cork, Tipperary and Waterford and features both mountains and coastal sections. Given the time of year, and  the fact that there are a number of long climbs, lights will be mandatory.

Cycling Ireland Licence required, 1-day Licence available on the day.

This event is also available as a Permanent.
Please note that a Cycling Ireland annual licence will be required to take part in a Permanent. Day licences will not be available for Permananents. Payment for Permanent as per the event details above.

Organisers Notes, March 2017 (for anyone riding the event as a Permanent)

The new Deise Greenway may be an option for solo riders at around the 124 km mark. This is a surfaced route off the main road and would bring riders 10km into Dungarvan. However, it is a mixed use pedestrian / leisure cycle route and, as such, is not be suitable for either groups or for faster riders.
